A seriously quick and delicious way to prepare salmon and can be served with:
Serves 4
Wasabi Mayonnaise
Step 1
Preheat your grill to medium/high and line a baking tray with foil.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix miso paste, honey, soy sauce and ginger. Add the salmon fillets and a generous amount of black pepper then turn to ensure the salmon is evenly coated in the glaze.
Step 3
Place the salmon (skin side down) on the tray and grill for 6-10 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
*Note: The glaze will caramelise and become dark. If it is caramelising too quickly before your salmon is cooked, turn the grill down slightly and cover with a piece of foil.
Step 4
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped chives then serve with wasabi mayonnaise.
Wasabi Mayonnaise
Step 1
Whisk together wasabi paste, lime juice and honey until well combined.
Step 2
Fold through the mayonnaise and season well with black pepper.
