The long eel like ling are found year round along the Victorian coastline. Generally found at deeper depths, ling feast upon squid and other small fish found in the deep blue. Their firm brilliant white flesh is often compared to the famous Atlantic cod. Ideal for crumbing and lightly frying the skinless, boneless fillet are ideal for a speedy mid-week fish burger served with aioli and lettuce.
