Yarra Valley caviar is hand milked from Atalntic Salmon grown along the Rubicon River in the Yarra Valley region of rural Victoria. Each jar contains 100g of Caviar which can shared amongst friends or devoured in secret on your own!
Yarra Valley Caviar is salted with premium sea salt flakes to produce bright, plump and flawless caviar - bursting with flavour. This unique product can be enjoyed on crackers or blinis with crème fraiche and dill, or as an attractive garnish with oysters of other seafood.
Yarra Valley Caviar is a chemical free operation and a staunch believer in the humane treatment of its fish, taking a completely natural approach to its rearing and Caviar production.
